Tax Year 2024 Resources

• The interview sheet and business tax packet (if applicable) are REQUIRED. The questions change each year, so one must be completed for each tax year.

• Your invoice can now be emailed to you and paid online.

• For individuals, we are asking that all documents are provided to us by March 15, 2025, or we cannot guarantee that your return will be completed by the filing deadline.

  • If you typically receive investment paperwork (1099-B/DIV, Combined Reporting Forms, etc.) AFTER March 15th, and you have all documents other than the investment forms, please bring your documents in as soon as possible. We will process all documents provided and hold the return until your investment forms are received. We are hopeful this will eliminate the need for an extension for these types of situations.

• If you plan to request an extension, please let us know as soon as possible by email to taxinfo@davidcbryantcpa.com.

• If requested, we can complete married filing joint versus married filing separate comparisons; however, this typically takes more time than a standard tax return and your bill will reflect this.

• Filing deadlines:

  • Individuals: Tuesday, April 15, 2025​

  • Sole proprietor: Tuesday, April 15, 2025

  • Partnership: Monday, March 17, 2025

  • S corporation: Monday, March 17, 2025

  • Corporation: Tuesday, April 15, 2025
