Portal FAQs

​To keep your data secure, please utilize the portal to send us copies of tax forms.

All clients that provide us with an email address are granted access to the portal.

  • What is my username?

    • The email address you provided to us.​

  • What is my password?

    • When you are initially granted access to the portal, you will receive an email with a temporary password.

    • If you have forgotten you password, simply press the “Forgot your password?” button on the login screen and follow the steps.

  • How do I upload documents?​

    • ​Once you have logged in, press the blue “Browse File” button in the top left of the screen and select the documents you want.

    • Under "Select a tax entity" choose the name of the person/business the document corresponds to.

    • The "Year" field is not required.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept photos of documents, only PDFs.

    • We recommend using Adobe Scan, or other ​similar software, if using a phone or tablet.

    • You can download Adobe Scan for free on both Apple and Android devices.

  • Each time you upload a document it will notify us, so please try to upload all documents as one file, if possible.

  • Please email when you have uploaded all documents for your tax return. Your return will not be added to the queue until we have been notified.
